About FFCE

Frontline Food Consultants & Engineers (FFCE) provides food consulting, technical consultancy, project planning, and food manufacturing solutions to businesses in the food and beverage industry.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant – Project Acquisition to support our project acquisition activities, manage client communications, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in converting business leads into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound business leads and respond to client inquiries.
- Understand client requirements related to food consulting, food processing, and manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate with clients to collect project-related information and requirements.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to support project closures.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain lead records, client databases, and follow-up updates in the CRM.




- Assist in commercial discussions and project acquisition activities.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, client follow-ups, and project progress.
- Coordinate the handover of confirmed projects to the concerned execution team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, client handling, or a similar role.
- Experience in the food industry, food manufacturing, or consultancy sector will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
