Role Description The Assistant Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role supports daily outlet operations, including supervising staff, customer interaction and ensuring smooth service flows throughout the day.

The Assistant Outlet

Manager monitors customer experience, addresses issues promptly, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.

Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, supporting ordering and stock rotation, reconciling sales,



and assisting with basic reporting to the Outlet Manager and other seniors. The role also involves training team members, reinforcing operational processes, and supporting promotional activities to drive outlet performance.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Demonstrated People Management abilities, including supervising teams and supporting staff development.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and customers.
- Practical experience or knowledge in Inventory Management and basic outlet operations.
- Prior experience in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by outlet operations.
- Basic numerical and reporting skills to handle daily sales summaries and stock records.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional hospitality or management certification is an advantage.
