Project Execution & Coordination: Assist in planning and executing HVAC, utility, and related MEP systems from inception to final handover. Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, sub-contractors, civil teams, and external consultants. Track project milestones, monitor site progress, and help keep schedules on target.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Help coordinate the sourcing and delivery of HVAC equipment, ductwork, compressors, and parts.
Preferred candidate profile : Robust understanding of HVAC system design, chillers, air-handling units (AHUs), ducting, and piping networks.
