Role & responsibilities

- Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders;
- Perform machine capacity planning and optimize resource utilization; monitor and ensure schedule adherence across production lines;
- Manage spare orders and prioritize urgent requirements;
- Coordinate with customers (e.g., Mitsubishi) for order fulfillment and updates;
- Conduct shortage reviews and drive timely follow-up actions;
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to avoid bottlenecks;
- Track production KPIs and drive continuous improvement;
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems;
- Support SIOP alignment through execution-level planning;
- Handle escalation and ensure on-time delivery commitments

Preferred candidate profile Production Planning & Scheduling, Capacity Planning, ERP (Infor LN / SAP), Advanced Excel, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Shop Floor Coordination, Inventory Control, Customer Coordination, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving.
