Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, oversee the customer lifecycle, coordinate with sales and site teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to property handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships from property booking to possession and handover.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, construction, and maintenance teams.

Track customer bookings, payments, documentation, and registration processes.

Manage CRM databases and maintain accurate customer records.

Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Supervise the CRM team and allocate daily responsibilities.

Prepare reports on customer complaints,



collections, pending payments, and handover status.

Ensure timely communication with customers regarding project updates.

Manage post-sales activities, including agreements, documentation, and property possession.

Required Skills

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Experience in real estate CRM operations.

Team management and leadership skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of property booking, documentation, payment follow-ups, and handover processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA preferred.

Previous experience in a real estate developer or construction company is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
