We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures the HR strategies align with the company’s goals and help build a positive and productive work setting.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
