Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, service-oriented, and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the Food & Beverage operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel hospitality, guest relations, team management, service standards, and operational efficiency. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service quality, controlling departmental costs, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing and supervising daily hotel F&B; operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, and professional conduct.
- Supervise and coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and service protocols.
- Assist in staff training, duty allocation, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor departmental expenses, inventory, requisitions, and stock control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, front office, stores, and other hotel departments.




- Assist in maintaining operational reports, daily sales records, and departmental documentation.
- Support the implementation of cost-control measures and revenue-enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of all assigned F&B; service areas.
- Assist in planning and executing hotel events, banquets, conferences, and special functions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain the hotel's brand standards at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hotel SOPs.
- Ability to manage teams, resolve guest concerns, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and departmental reporting.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and on public holidays as required.

Salary and Benefits

- Gross Salary: ₹35,000 per month.
