Position: Assistant Executive – Quality

Qualification: Degree

Experience: 2–3 Years in Sports Shoe Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure quality standards throughout the sports shoe manufacturing process.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve quality-related issues and product defects.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

Candidate Profile
- Degree in a relevant discipline.




- 2–3 years of experience in Sports Shoe Quality Assurance.
- Good knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and cross-functional teams.
