Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive business growth in the gems & jewellery industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for social media platforms, including shooting videos and managing campaigns.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance metrics.

- Manage budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting on campaign results.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in brand management or a related field.

- Robust understanding of brand marketing principles, including content strategy development.

- Proficiency in creating high-quality video content for various formats (e.g., explainer videos, product demos).

- Experience working with small teams or startups is preferred.
