Role Overview

AIRTAXI is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, financial records, and statutory documentation. The ideal candidate must have robust practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and Zoho Books , with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions using Zoho Books .
- Handle GST compliance, including return preparation, reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and supporting records.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, expense reports, and periodic MIS reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Support internal and statutory audits by providing the required financial documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation requirements and company accounting procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS .
- Mandatory: Good working knowledge of Zoho Books.
- Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Previous experience in the aviation industry .

⭐ Exposure to aviation operations, maintenance-related accounting, or multi-location accounting.

⭐ Knowledge of Forex accounting and import/export transactions.
