Responsibilities

- Process corporate actions, including dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, splits, and buybacks.

- Coordinate with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.

- Manage entitlement processing and reconciliation.

- Handle exceptions and maintain accurate records.

- Prepare Excel reports and MIS documentation.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely processing.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in asset servicing or corporate actions.

- Knowledge of the corporate actions lifecycle.

- Experience in reconciliation and exception handling.

- Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.

- Robust documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
