Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to manage IT assets, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate asset allocation, tracking, and reconciliation across ABFRL locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the IT asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Coordinate asset allocation, issuance, retrieval, and movement across offices, warehouses, and retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate records of asset tagging, serial numbers, asset codes, and user details.
- Track asset deployment, returns, repairs, replacements, and disposal.
- Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconcile records with actual stock.
- Coordinate with IT support teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for asset-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation for asset handovers, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor asset stock levels and coordinate procurement or replacement requirements with the concerned teams.
- Prepare periodic asset reports, stock statements,



and reconciliation reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IT asset management procedures.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of IT asset management and inventory control.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and asset tracking tools.
- Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage asset-related queries.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory management, or asset coordination.
- Experience handling IT hardware assets in a corporate or multi-location environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
