Roles & Responsibilities
- Hands-on development and maintenance on IBM AS400 / iSeries platform using RPG/RPGLE.
- Work on IBM I ERP/Supply Chain Management applications (preferably KBM product).
- Provide 24/7 IBM i technical support, working in shifts as required.
- Perform technical triage,
debugging RPG/CL programs to quickly identify root causes and resolve issues within SLAs.
- Create design documents based on client requirements and walkthrough with clients.
- Develop sub-procedures, subroutines, and service programs as needed.
- Apply technical expertise in free-format RPG, SQLRPGLE, CL programming, and distributed processing environments.
- Handle Client requirement, creating design document and walk them with client.
- Create Sub-procedures, Subroutines and Service Programs.
Mandatory Skills
- IBM AS400 / iSeries platform
- RPG / RPGLE programming

- IBM i technical support experience
