Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage retailer network to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.

- Follow systems and processes on daily basis

- Build robust relationships with distributors to drive business growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in FMCG / FMCD sales or related field.

- Strong knowledge of GTS (General Trade Sales) principles and practices.

- Proven track record in secondary sales or similar role.
