About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, strengthen the distribution network, and expand market presence across Jammu & Kashmir.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in FMCG Sales, Distributor Management, Channel Development, and Market Expansion, along with good knowledge of the Jammu & Kashmir market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with Distributors, Super Stockists & C&F; Agents.
- Drive Primary & Secondary Sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors and channel partners.
- Expand market coverage and develop new markets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market execution.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Ensure product availability and effective distribution across the territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and schemes.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS & sales reports.
- Follow up on collections, outstanding payments, and distributor-related issues.
- Train, guide, and support the sales team to improve market productivity.




- Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in FMCG Sales.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Agency / Distributor Management.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and channel sales.
- Good knowledge of the Jammu & Kashmir market.
- Strong distributor and retail network will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Strong on-ground market exposure and execution capabilities.

What We’re Looking For: A hands-on FMCG sales skilled who can build distribution, expand market reach, drive secondary sales, manage channel partners, and deliver consistent business growth.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
