- Delinquency Control: Monitor bucket-wise collection efficiency (Collection Efficiency %) and restrict roll-forward/flow rates into higher delinquency buckets.
- Agency & Team Management: Supervise internal Field Officers (FOS) and manage external collection/legal agencies within the assigned area.
- Legal & Recovery Actions: Drive legal proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, NI Act (Section 138), and local arbitration for chronic/hard-bucket LAP defaulters.
- Portfolio Reviews: Conduct regular case reviews with branch managers and team leaders to strategize resolution for high-ticket delinquent mortgage accounts.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, adherence to fair practice codes during customer visits, and timely resolution of RCU/internal audit queries
