Job Responsibilities

- Develop new channel partners, dealers, system integrators (SIs), and corporate customers in Ranchi and nearby markets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales of CP PLUS CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and other security products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market share.
- Conduct regular market visits, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular business from partners.
- Promote new products, schemes, and offers to dealers and system integrators.
- Monitor competitor activities, market demand, pricing, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, stock availability, and payment collection.
- Prepare daily sales reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing is an advantage.




- 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, CCTV, IT hardware, or electronic security products preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of developing new markets.

- Monthly sales target achievement.
- New dealer and SI development.
- Secondary sales growth and market coverage.
- Collection efficiency and outstanding payment follow-up.
- Customer relationship management and market expansion.
