Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage community mobilization programs to promote corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement skill development programs for marginalized groups, focusing on livelihood opportunities.
- Oversee program coordination efforts to ensure effective implementation of CSR projects.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in area head or similar role in community development or related field.
- Solid background in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and community engagement.
- Proven track record in mobilizing resources and managing teams for successful project outcomes.
