Job Summary

JSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Architectural BIM Modeller with hands-on experience in architectural 3D modelling, Revit Architecture and construction drawing preparation. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and delivering drawings in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans and detailed drawings.
- Model architectural elements such as walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs, stairs, ceilings and interior components.
- Interpret architectural design drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP models.
- Identify and resolve design clashes in coordination with relevant teams.
- Support model coordination and clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Update models and drawings based on design revisions and project requirements.
- Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy and appropriate Level of Development (LOD).
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers and BIM Coordinators.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and models as per project schedules.





Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, building components and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks is preferred.
- Understanding of LOD 300/350/400 and BIM standards.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and documentation.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.Arch / relevant qualification in Architecture or a related field.
- Relevant experience in architectural BIM modelling is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in architectural design consultancies, BIM consultancies or engineering design companies.
- Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare or large-scale building projects.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and interdisciplinary coordination.
- International project experience is an added advantage.
