Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design &
- Planning

- Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D designs.

- Develop residential and commercial building layouts as per client requirements.

- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and space-efficient.

1. Working Drawings &
- Documentation

- Prepare detailed working drawings, including architectural layouts, door-window schedules, and construction details.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings.

- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.

1. Site Coordination &
- Execution

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify work against approved drawings.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve design-related issues.

- Provide clarification on drawings and technical details during construction.

1. Client Coordination

- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

- Present design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations to clients.

- Incorporate approved changes and maintain regular communication with clients.

1. Material &
- Specification Management

- Assist in selecting construction materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings.

- Prepare material specifications and schedules as required.

- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure materials align with design specifications.

1. Compliance &
- Quality Control





- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building bylaws, local regulations, and relevant standards.

- Check that construction work follows approved drawings and design specifications.

- Identify design discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the concerned team.

1. Coordination with Internal Teams

- Work closely with structural engineers, site engineers, interior designers, and operations teams.

- Coordinate drawing approvals and resolve clashes between different services.

- Maintain updated drawings and communicate revisions to the concerned teams.

1. Project Documentation &
- Reporting

- Maintain drawing records, revisions, approvals, and project documentation.

- Prepare design presentations, reports, and project updates.

- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available to the site execution team.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.

- Knowledge of architectural design, building materials, and construction methods.

- Understanding of working drawings and construction detailing.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

- Knowledge of local building regulations and approval procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

- Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
