Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech

You must have Experience of 10 - 15 years

Good experience on Windows and Linux Platforms

Must Have Skills

Solid full stack (Java + UI) Tech Lead experience is a must

Solid hands-on experience in Java 8 to 17 is a must

Solid hands-on experience in JEE 6 & 7,8 is a must

Solid hands-on experience on HTML5, Java script, Angular/Typescript, NodeJS is a must.

Proficient in Technical Solutioning & Design is a must.

Experience in Solution Architecture is a must.

Proficient in microservices design and architecture is a must.

Proficient in micro frontend architecture is a must.

Expertise in Spring framework and modules like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Security, Spring JPA, Spring Cloud, Spring Apache Kafka Streams is a must

Hands-on expertise with RESTful web services is a must.

Experience in API Gateway like Spring API Gateway/ netflix zuul 2 is a must.

Experience on cloud native applications and cloud services platforms like AWS, Azure is a must.

Experience in Docker and Kubernetes is a must.

Experience in Unit Test Framework like Junit/Mockito/TestNG is a must

Experience in both RDMS DB (like PostgreSQL/MySql) & NoSQL DB (like Casandra/Mongo DB) is a must

Experience in IAM tools like Keylock is a must

Experience in cache servers like Ehcache, Hazelcast, Redis is a must

Experience in Build tools like Maven, Gradle is a must





Experience in SCM like GIT, Gerrit is a must

Knowledge in DevOps is a must

Experience in automated code review tools like SonarQube is a must

Experience in creating Component and Deployment diagrams/architecture is a must

Experience in centralized logging Systems like ELK Stack, Splunk is a must

Nice to have Skills

Experience in Network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) is a plus

Knowledge or experience in technologies such as Delphi, C++, QT/QML, IoT is a plus.

Knowledge or experience in working with mobile technologies is a plus.

Knowledge of manual and automation test frameworks & tools is a plus

What You Need to Succeed

As a Architect, you will understand, analyze and implement the requirements

Lead the team on technical front comprising of developers and senior developers. Mentors New Hires

Research, evaluate, and prototype current methodologies and technologies. Implement improvements in processes and tools.

Obtain a good understanding of the customer context while making technical decisions and choices

Work with customers and product line management to identify, refine, and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements. Should be able to demonstrate technical solutions with the stakeholders.

Prepare technical design and provide guidance to software engineers on technical and architectural design decisions.

Sets standards (coding-styles, process; all in close collaboration with architects, DevOps, and management).





Collaborate with the architect community and act as a bridge between the technical team and architects.

Should be able to develop architectural artifacts like Data Flow diagrams, Component diagrams, and Deployment diagrams, High-Level and Low-Level Design diagrams

Should be able to demonstrate the selection of frameworks and tools based on different considerations on technical fit, business fit, cost etc. to the architect community/stakeholders.

Ensures that new functionality is documented in help and other manuals.

Participate and contribute to Product Review Board to decide on Product and Technical Roadmap.

Proactive in identifying Technical Risks and play a key role in Threat and Analysis discussions.

Contribute to the Technical Community of Practice.

Experience in working in an international environment with a multicultural team
