Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with Jashn Realty’s standards of quality and aesthetics. Daily tasks include preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants, and ensuring compliance with local building codes, RERA guidelines, and relevant regulations.

The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, construction teams, and vendors to oversee design implementation, monitor site progress,



and resolve design or technical issues. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, support design presentations, and contribute to sustainable, cost-effective, and functional design solutions across the company’s portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Experience with project coordination and Project Management in an architectural or real estate development workplace.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior solutions for cohesive project delivery.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic understanding of building information modeling (BIM) concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, RERA regulations, approval processes, and real estate development practices in Uttar Pradesh.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and visualization skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety, functionality, and sustainability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
