Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Architect will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and compliant healthcare facilities, including planning layouts, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with project managers, engineers, and hospital administrators to translate clinical and operational needs into architectural solutions, overseeing design integration with related systems,



and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

The role also involves conducting site visits, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and local regulations, reviewing design changes, and providing technical guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, particularly for healthcare or commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to oversee timelines, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensing/registration is preferred.
- Experience in designing hospitals or healthcare facilities, including knowledge of medical planning, safety norms, and regulatory codes, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site across different project locations within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as needed.
