Key Responsibilities

- Develop and present architectural concepts and project proposals.

- Refine designs and plans to meet client requirements, project budgets and site conditions.

- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants and construction professionals.

- Conduct research and prepare reports on project feasibility and environmental considerations.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable safety standards, building codes and local planning regulations.

- Manage assigned design activities, timelines and team deliverables.

- Support the resolution of design queries during project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a relevant related discipline.





- 3-4 years of relevant architectural design and project coordination experience.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Robust design, visualisation and presentation skills.

- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.

- Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
