Role Description

This is a full time, on site Architect role based in Chandigarh.

The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and coordinating spatial planning for luxury residential, hospitality, and bespoke commercial projects.

Day to day work includes collaborating with interior designers, consultants, and contractors, reviewing material palettes and finishes, and ensuring that design quality and detailing meet Eclectic Luxe’s standards of craftsmanship and precision.

The role involves site visits, supervising execution to maintain design integrity, and addressing technical and aesthetic challenges throughout the project lifecycle.





The Architect will also participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present design proposals, and refine solutions that reflect each client’s individual aesthetic and lifestyle.

Qualifications

- Strong architectural design and spatial planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into coherent, functional, and elegant spaces.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in high end residential and hospitality projects, including detailing, material selection, and coordination of interior and exterior elements.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and project execution processes, including coordination with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills for client interactions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced studio setting.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with HNI/UHNI clients or luxury design practices is beneficial, as is familiarity with turnkey project delivery.
- Commitment to design excellence, integrity of materials, and a high standard of craftsmanship.
