- Design and develop architectural plans and projects for residential and commercial clients.
- Develop architectural designs, working drawings, presentation drawings, concept design, detail design, and BOQs using AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS office.
- Prepare interior designing plans and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 0-4 years of experience in architecture industry.
2. Diploma or degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field (B.Des).
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office.
