- Develop building designs and architectural plans based on client requirements.

- Prepare drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or enscape.

- Discuss project needs, budget, and design ideas with clients.

- Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.

- Ensure the design follows building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and designing team.

- Select suitable construction materials and finishes.

- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure work follows the design.

- Solve design or construction problems during the project.

- Review and approve contractor drawings and project documents.
