Responsibilities:

- Have good Knowledge in Denial management

- Follow up with Insurance carriers for claim status.

- Follow up insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.

- Receive payment information if the claims have been processed.

- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.

- Candidate with complete AR scenarios knowledge

- Complete RCM Knowledge.

- Terminologies of US Medical Billing

- Handle Hospital or Physician billing

- Monitoring and responding to prior authorization requests

- Keeping accurate records of authorization information

- Approving or authorizing prior authorizations over the phone, online, or by fax

- Creating effective intake and authorization processes
