– AR Associates / Senior AR Associates

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Department: Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for AR Associates and Senior AR Associates with experience in US Healthcare RCM, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR), denial management, and insurance follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end AR follow-up for US healthcare claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and expedite payments.
- Work on outstanding claims and maintain AR aging targets.
- Identify denial trends and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–5 years in US Healthcare RCM / AR Calling.
- Strong knowledge of insurance follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
