We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in accounts receivable or collections.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients for payment follow-ups and collections.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
- Resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Achieve collection targets and maintain professional client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in AR Calling or Collections.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with a professional approach.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
