- AR Analyst will be responsible for meeting the set SLAs with respect to Productivity, Quality & Attendance.
- Will be working on Denials/No Response/Rejections/Collections and other AR functions to help providers maximize the net collections by analyzing the claim, check the websites, and calling insurance for clarification.
- Reports to Team Lead / Assistant Manager and need to coordinate with Subject Matter Experts / Group Lead to help resolve the queries.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in US healthcare industry with expertise in accounts receivable, medical billing, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
- Robust knowledge of US healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills
