Role and Responsibilities:

- Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices
- Resolving customer inquiries and disputes
- Updating customer accounts and records
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- If you have a knack for communication and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Desired Candidate

- High school diploma or Graduation is required.
- Basic understanding of Computers and excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced clinical environment.
- Willing to work in night shift.
