What You’ll Do
- Conduct engaging outbound calls with potential leads — building instant rapport and curiosity.
1. Qualify prospects through insightful questions to ensure they’re a great fit for our programs.
2. Schedule appointments for our strategy team and ensure smooth communication flow.
3. Follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp, email, or CRM to maximize conversion potential.
4. Maintain clean, organized lead records and track progress across our sales pipeline.
5.
Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to refine scripts, pitches, and outreach angles.
How You’ll Be Measured 1.Call-to-appointment conversion rate
1. Show-up rate for booked calls
2. Consistency in follow-ups and lead nurturing
3. CRM hygiene and accuracy
This role involves real conversations with real prospects. We are looking for people who are confident on calls, can think on their feet, and take responsibility seriously.
