As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications in a multi-component environment.
- Familiarity with software testing frameworks and automation tools related to Playwright.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate technical information clearly.
- Understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
