Role & responsibilities

- Job Responsibilities
- Handle phosphate coating plant operations, including production and quality.

- Maintain quality and environmental management standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

- Drive process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

- Manage manpower and production line balancing.

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Support project management and continuous improvement activities.

- Required Skills
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.

- Manpower handling and line-balancing experience.

- Project management and customer-handling skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.

- Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech (as applicable to the candidates technical background).
