Role Description The AI Visual Content Creator is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content using AI tools and professional creative software. Responsibilities include generating AI videos, product imagery, lifestyle visuals, social media creatives, advertising campaigns, motion graphics, and e-commerce assets that reflect the brand’s identity.

The candidate will be responsible for creating cinematic product advertisements, editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels and Meta Ads, developing animations and visual effects, and transforming creative concepts into polished marketing content. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and branding teams, maintaining visual consistency, ensuring product accuracy, and staying updated on emerging AI technologies and creative trends.

Qualifications

- Solid visual design, creative thinking, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into premium visual content.
- Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as Google Flow, Google Veo, Runway, Kling AI, OpenAI Sora, Adobe Firefly Video, Pika, or Luma Dream Machine.




- Experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation, Google Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Ideogram, or Leonardo AI.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for skilled video editing, colour correction, audio synchronization, and advertising content.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, compositing, visual effects, tracking, and product animations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image retouching, product photography, background replacement, compositing, and AI-assisted editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for graphic design, typography, vector graphics, and campaign assets.
- Knowledge of additional tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Lightroom, Blender, Cinema 4D, Canva, ElevenLabs, and Topaz AI is an advantage.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, text-to-video and image-to-video workflows, reference-image generation, and AI-assisted enhancement.
- Ability to create realistic product visuals while maintaining accurate bottle shapes, labels, logos, packaging, and brand colours.
- Understanding of social media content formats, digital advertising, and e-commerce requirements across Instagram, Facebook, websites, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, colour grading, typography, transitions, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards and mood boards, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in multimedia, graphic design, animation, film editing, or visual communication is preferred, but a strong portfolio is highly valued.
- Prior experience with D2C, fragrance, beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating AI-generated videos, product visuals, professionally edited videos, and motion graphics.
