About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and AI-driven AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, and the ability to explore and use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and generate innovative ideas.

Freshers with a passion for AI and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Explore, test, and implement AI tools for business operations, content creation, research, and productivity.
- Use AI platforms to generate ideas, content, presentations, visuals, and other creative outputs.
- Write effective prompts to achieve accurate, relevant, and high-quality results from AI tools.
- Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with different teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, creativity, and relevance.
- Assist in developing innovative solutions using AI tools for marketing, design, and business requirements.
- Communicate ideas, findings, and recommendations clearly to team members and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation in any discipline; candidates from all educational backgrounds are welcome.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,



or similar platforms.
- Good research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills (A Plus)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Creativity and an understanding of visual design, branding, and content creation.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation, video-generation, or automation tools.
- Experience with prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflows.
- Basic knowledge of social media content creation, digital marketing, or video editing.

Design knowledge and creative skills are an added advantage, but not mandatory. Who Should Apply?
