Required Skills

- 8–10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLM/AI application development.
- Hands-on experience building tool-calling AI agents with planning, API orchestration, and multi-step workflows.
- An agent framework such as LangGraph or LangChain
- Strong Python programming and REST API integration skills.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience implementing agent guardrails, validation, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Valuable to Have

- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with Databricks Genie or enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with voice-enabled AI, speech-to-text,



or conversational AI.
- Experience in Agile delivery, mentoring, and client-facing technical discussions.

- Languages & APIs: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, JSON.
