AI Graphic Novel Artist — Project-Based

We are a Delhi-based production house with 15 years in films, branded content and animation. We have produced feature films, 300+ commercials, and built stories for some of India's most recognisable brands.

We are now creating an original graphic novel with AI-assisted artwork — and we need an artist to bring it to life.We need an artist who understands sequential storytelling, character consistency, and dystopian world-building and can combine AI tools with hands-on artistic skills to create a complete graphic novel—not just generate individual images.

What this role is A project role for one complete graphic novel. You will turn a script into pages — layouts, panels, characters and finished artwork — using AI tools alongside your own design and retouching skills. You will keep every character consistent across the whole book and deliver lettered, print-ready pages.

This is not a full time job. Work is largely remote, with an in-person discussion at our Delhi office roughly once a month.

What we are looking for

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in comic art, illustration, graphic novels, or visual storytelling.
- A portfolio showcasing sequential artwork, such as comics, graphic novels, webtoons, or storyboards.




- Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools and strong post-production skills.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in dystopian, post-apocalyptic, sci-fi, or dark-futuristic world-building.
- Strong drawing skills, character consistency, and an understanding of comic lettering and print preparation.

Preferred: Experience completing a comic or graphic novel end-to-end, familiarity with LoRA, ControlNet, or similar consistency workflows, and availability to travel to Delhi NCR for reviews.

What will not work here

- Raw AI output without professional cleanup.
- Inconsistent characters or generic AI visuals.
- Poor communication or missed deadlines.
