Paradox Media Systems is a US-based performance marketing company enabling digital monetization at scale across lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing.

THE ROLE

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to assess existing workflows, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and build practical AI-powered tools and automations across campaign setup, creative production, reporting, data analysis, and optimization.

You will own implementation from initial concept through testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance, with the goal of reducing manual work, improving execution speed and accuracy, and helping the team run more profitable campaigns at scale.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will focus on turning operational challenges into practical AI-powered solutions across our telehealth affiliate and search/content arbitrage businesses. Working closely with our marketing team, you will own the development and implementation of tools that improve efficiency, support smarter decisions, and drive profitability.

- Assess workflows across our marketing operations to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI implementation and automation based on business impact.
- Work closely with media buyers to translate day-to-day challenges into practical tools that reduce manual work and improve campaign execution.
- Build tools to automate campaign research, setup, launches, and ongoing optimization across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for generating and testing ad creatives, content, and landing page variations tailored to different audiences and search intent.
- Integrate advertising platforms, affiliate networks, tracking systems, and internal databases through APIs to consolidate spend, revenue, and other performance data for reporting and decision-making.
- Implement campaign management automations with clear budget and bid controls, approval rules,



and safeguards against unintended changes.
- Own solutions from initial requirements through development, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Ensuring reliable outputs, accurate data, and alignment with advertising policies and data privacy requirements.
- Document tools and workflows, train team members, and measure each implementation’s impact on time saved, execution quality, and profitability.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Must-Have

- Proven, recent experience using AI coding tools to develop applications and automations.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with hands-on experience building API integrations.
- Ability to assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and rapidly translate business needs into well-defined technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid troubleshooting skills, with experience reviewing AI-generated code, diagnosing integration failures, and resolving system reliability issues.
- Ability to own the full implementation process, from project scoping and development through documentation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Nice-to-Have

- Knowledge of performance marketing concepts (e.g., attribution, conversion tracking, bidding strategies etc).
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads APIs and platform capabilities.
- Experience with cloud deployment, infrastructure optimization, and cloud cost management (FinOps).
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n.

Education

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
