We build with coding agents. We’re hiring engineers who can own what ships.

At PetYosa, Claude Code, Codex and equivalent tools are part of everyday engineering. We’re looking for people who can give agents helpful context, challenge their decisions, debug their output and verify that the product actually works.

We’re hiring for four roles:

◆ Head of Engineering — Agentic Engineering & Delivery

4–8 years | ₹18–21 lakh/year

Hands-on technical leadership, team coordination and verified delivery. You should be comfortable personally reviewing code and investigating consequential failures.

◆ Senior Platform & Reliability Engineer

2–5 years | ₹11–13 lakh/year

Production diagnosis, dependable deployments, backup/restore and recovery. A green health check should never be your only evidence.

◆ Senior Full-Stack Engineer

2–5 years | ₹10–12 lakh/year

Own complete product journeys across React, APIs and databases—including permissions, payments, retries and correct user-visible behaviour.

◆ Senior Mobile Engineer — Android/iOS Releases

3–6 years | ₹11–13 lakh/year

Own React/Capacitor development, native debugging and releases on BOTH Android and iOS, including signing, distribution and physical-device verification.





All ranges are annual fixed gross compensation. Experience means relevant professional experience, excluding internships.

Our selection process includes a role-specific practical assessment of 120–135 minutes, followed by focused verification for shortlisted candidates. Coding-agent use is required in the assessment.
