Role description

We are looking for an AI Engineer with robust expertise in AWS Architecture, IAM, and Bedrock, along with practical experience in AI Coding Agents. The role spans architecture, cloud engineering, security, and software delivery, translating technical designs into implementable enterprise solutions.

You will work directly with engineering, cloud, IAM, security, and architecture stakeholders to design and implement secure AI-assisted engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery of the existing SDLC, cloud, identity, and security landscape and define a target architecture for AI-assisted engineering using AWS Architecture, IAM, and Bedrock.
- Own secure enterprise AWS Architecture and IAM design, including identity, roles, policies, federation, service identities, permission controls, and least-privilege access.
- Define secure enterprise access patterns for Bedrock within AI-assisted software development.
- Define how AI Coding Agents integrate into developer environments and enterprise software delivery processes.
- Develop reference architectures, technical blueprints, and reusable implementation patterns covering AWS Architecture, IAM, Bedrock, and AI Coding Agents.
- Work hands-on with engineering teams to implement, validate,



and refine the architecture, addressing cloud, identity, AI access, security, and integration challenges.
- Establish appropriate security, governance, audit, and operational controls around AWS Architecture, IAM, Bedrock, and AI Coding Agents.
- Provide technical leadership across engineering, cloud, security, and architecture stakeholders from design through implementation and rollout.
