Agentic Automation for Sales, Marketing & GTM

Role Overview

We're looking for an AI Engineer Consultant to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that automate critical Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. You'll build these agents with Anthropic Claude on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore , and you'll work closely with global Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Build multi-step, tool-using AI agents with Claude for use cases such as lead enrichment and scoring, account research, personalized outreach, meeting prep, CRM updates, RFP responses, and campaign content generation.
- Deploy and manage agents on AgentCore, using Runtime for hosting, Gateway for tool and MCP integration, Identity for secure access, Memory for context, and Observability for monitoring.
- Integrate agents with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, and Slack.
- Build RAG pipelines over sales playbooks, product documentation, and CRM data.
- Put evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop approvals in place for high-impact actions.




- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, and document the architecture and runbooks for handover.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building LLM applications in production.

• Hands-on experience with Claude (through the Anthropic API or Amazon Bedrock), covering prompt engineering, tool use, and agent workflows.

• Robust AWS experience: Bedrock, AgentCore, Lambda, IAM, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.

• Strong Python skills and experience with agent frameworks such as the Claude Agent SDK, Strands Agents, or LangGraph.

- Experience integrating with Salesforce ,People AI,Marketo,Gainsight and other GTM Applications
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, including the lead lifecycle, pipeline management, and campaign operations.
- Strong communication skills for working with global stakeholders.

Good to Have

- Experience building MCP servers.
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, ML Specialty, or AI Practitioner) preferred
