Position: Agri Field Officer – Field Operations & Traceability

Reports to: Sourcing & Agricultural Operations Lead

Location: Hyderabad / Mahabubnagar region, Telangana

Experience: 0–3 years

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture or related agricultural qualification

ABOUT THE ROLE

Biosciences is building a reliable and traceable agricultural supply network for its botanical ingredients business.

We are looking for an Agriculture graduate who is organized, energetic and comfortable coordinating people,

field activities, logistics and data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and coordinate daily farm and field visits.

Coordinate farmer meetings, harvest schedules and collection activities.

Coordinate with transporters, collection points and processing operations.

Track movement of raw material from farm to processing location.

Maintain accurate farmer-wise and village-wise procurement records.

Record acreage, crop status, expected yield, harvest date, quantity procured and quality observations.

Maintain lot/batch identification and traceability records.

Track rejected or non-conforming material and supplier performance.

Prepare simple weekly field and supply reports.

Monitor upcoming harvests and flag potential supply shortages or disruptions.

Coordinate with sourcing, QC, logistics, finance and laboratory partners.





Support development of digital dashboards and systems for agricultural sourcing.

Step into farmer-relations or procurement responsibilities when required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

B.Sc. Agriculture / related qualification.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Comfortable with field travel and village visits.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Strong basic Excel/Google Sheets or similar digital skills.

Comfortable maintaining accurate records.

Curious, proactive and willing to solve problems.

Strong integrity and ownership.

Telugu proficiency strongly preferred.

Fresh graduates with excellent attitude and organizational ability are encouraged to apply.

how much do we expect, what quality can we expect, and what could disrupt supply?”
