Job Chance: Immediate Hiring for National Highway Project

Company: PRA India Private Limited (An associated company of Barbrik Project Limited)

Project Location: Head Office (Raipur , C.G.)

Project Type: National Highway / Railway Project.

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Tender

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Identification & Tracking: Monitor portals like GeM (Government e-Marketplace), IREPS, CPPP, and state/private e-procurement websites for relevant business opportunities.
- Bid Preparation & Pricing: Analyze tender scope, technical specifications, and commercial terms; prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimations, rate analyses, and price schedules.
- Documentation & Compliance: Assemble technical compliance sheets,



OEM/principal authorizations, past performance references, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, legal, and procurement teams to gather inputs and secure final management approvals before submission.
- Post-Bid Management: Handle clarifications, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, post-bid negotiations, and post-award formalities like Letter of Award (LOA) acceptance and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG).
