Reporting To: Head of Legal

CTC: Up to 9 Lakh

Preferred Candidate Profile

Male candidates preferred

Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant legal experience

¢ Practical experience in Court Matters, Civil Matters & Litigation

¢ Strong exposure to Legal Drafting & Conveyancing

¢ Proficiency in Marathi Drafting & Typing

¢ Good knowledge and working experience in Revenue Matters

¢ Robust practical exposure to RERA / MahaRERA matters, including complaints, replies, hearings, compliance & related documentation

¢ Real Estate sector experience will be preferred





¢ Strong legal drafting skills, including Notices, Replies, Applications, Affidavits, Written Submissions, Agreements, Undertakings, Letters & other legal correspondence

¢ Ability to independently handle follow-ups, coordination & legal matters
