Role Description The Ads Executive / Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to generate qualified leads for study abroad programs. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and adjusting strategies to improve ROI.

The role also involves collaborating with the sales and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment targets, creating clear and compelling ad copy and creatives,



and reporting key metrics to management. The executive will maintain up-to-date knowledge of performance marketing trends and tools to support continuous improvement of campaigns.

Qualifications

- Market Planning and Marketing skills to design, execute, and optimize performance campaigns.
- Market Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends in the study abroad sector.
- Strong Communication skills to create effective ad messaging and coordinate with internal teams.
- Sales and marketing alignment skills to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion goals.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to interpret data, create performance reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in education consulting, study abroad, or service-based industries is an advantage.
