About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team at Recent Horizon School, Thane. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission process, addressing their queries, and supporting the school in achieving its admission targets.

Skills and Qualifications

- Any Graduate with 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in school admissions or the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
- Good organizational, follow-up, and record-management skills.
- Pleasant personality,



professional attitude, and a parent-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work towards admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in visits.
- Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures to parents.
- Counsel parents and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain accurate lead records.
- Arrange school tours, orientations, and admission-related events.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain admission records, MIS reports, and daily follow-up updates.
- Monitor admission leads and support the achievement of admission targets.
- Handle front-desk responsibilities related to admissions whenever required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
