Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve individual targets for lead conversion and client onboarding.

- Evaluate client eligibility and provide accurate immigration consultation over phone, email, or in person.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage progression and ensure conversions.

- Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and requirements for countries like Germany, Australia and/or Canada.

- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service without compromise

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to process improvements.

- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in admissions, sales, telesales, is preferred.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle pressure.

- Solid analytical and evaluation skills to assess client eligibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
