We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our admissions team as Admission Counsellors. The role involves guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process and helping them make informed educational decisions.
Number of Vacancies: 6
Work Locations: Velachery and Tambaram, Chennai
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
Educational Qualification: Any Diploma or Degree
Compensation: Competitive salary along with performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from prospective students and parents via walk-ins, calls, and digital channels
- Counsel candidates on available courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career prospects
- Conduct institute walkthroughs and course presentations for visitors
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert enquiries into admissions
- Guide applicants through the documentation, registration, and enrolment process
- Meet monthly admission and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the system
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Target-oriented approach with a high level of self-motivation
- Good listening skills and a professional, courteous demeanour
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Willingness to work from the assigned branch location
